  • A counter of the drinks taken representing the data in a table form or pictorially for any period
  • Viewing the current coffee machine status
  • A report on the equipment downtime by day
  • A report on the coffee machine maintenance (whether the cleaning program was run by the POS personnel, by day)
  • Viewing the scheduled maintenance dates
Also, the service center gets access to the remote control of a coffee machine, which can significantly reduce the response time to service requests
